I'm 5'11, 155 lbs and I ordered 38R/34W and got these results. The color is more of a faded black, or charcoal black, not quite as dark as it appears in the picture

    Wore it for a 1920's themed party, got lots of compliments and I think it fell well on my frame. I'm 6'5" about 220. I ordered the 44. Pants are stretchy in the waist and fit great, didn't even need a belt. I used hem tape to adjust the length of the pants as this was a bit of a last-minute order and didn't have time to run to the tailor. Totally worth it for what I purchased it for.
