It's warmer than most of my similar shirt, nice looking, and has much more of a waffle-textured surface than I expected (see photo), a texture that reminds me a bit of thermal underwear though in a heavier fabric. It goes well with just a tee shirt, equally well a bit more open with a button-down collar.
