If you want it a fitted at the waist and bust like normal wearings, follow the size chart. You'll have room to move if you're built like me. I am very, VERY pleased. I'm 5'3 & a half, 160lbs, 42 bust, muscular arms,& small waist. I read the reviews and the sizing chart. Based on that I went a few sizes up because of my bust. I got a 2XL. FITS PERFECTLY!!!
