It was a bumpy process but it paid off

I had something of a rocky time receiving my jacket - I emailed multiple times because 9-10 days after the shipping label had been created, there was zero movement on my shipment. Finally, Customer Service acknowledged that my jacket must have been lost or stolen (it was by now at least two weeks with no progress on the tracking) and sent me another one, via another shipper. This one arrived promptly. They also kindly gave me a further discount. I am very happy with the jacket but relieved that after taking my measurements over and over and deliberating over the size, I chose a medium over a small - the jacket is form fitting and a small would NOT have fit me. It's very warm and stylish and I am glad I kept hounding Customer Service after all.

The jacket looks nice; however, it is not lined with shearling as advertised and has a very bad order to it. The lining is more like fleece which would be fine if that's what was advertised.
