I push a buggy everywhere and the length is the reason this works. It finishes above where I'd be leaning against the handle so nothing rucks up or gets caught, and I can bend down to the basket without it riding halfway up my back. Soft from the first day with nothing to break in. Five months of that daily and the only mark on it is where the strap of the changing bag sits, which brushed off.

Fit me first try and it arrived in three days. Soft immediately with nothing at all to break in. Worn it more days than not since it came and no issues.

I wear it over a midi dress more than I wear it with trousers, which wasn't the plan when I bought it. The length works because it stops right where the waist of the dress is. Fits my usual size and needed nothing altering. Arrived two days ahead of the estimate.

I hang it on the back of a chair every time I'm out and I'd braced myself for it losing shape at the shoulders the way my last one did. Nothing. The chest pockets are basically flat and won't hold anything more than a card, which I'd assumed from the shape but it's worth saying. There are no side pockets either so I carry a bag with it always. Everything else is good, the fit is correct and it's comfortable.

My mum had one similar when I was growing up and I wore it constantly as a teenager without asking. Buying my own thirty years later was a bit of a moment. This is better made than hers was, the seams are cleaner and its softer. Fits my usual size and I've had it on constantly.

The quality is genuinely fine, the leather is soft and the stitching is neat. My issue is it's cut for someone with less going on through the chest than me, and the pockets sit in a way that emphasises it. Sent it back and the refund came in a week. That's a shape thing, not a fault.

There was a loose thread on the inside near the collar seam when it arrived and I snipped it off. It hasn't gone any further. Aside from that the fit is right and it was comfortable from the first day. Just look yours over when it turns up.
