Josephine Women's Mid Length Rust Wool Coat

Spent most of last winter hunting for a replacement for my old wool coat that was falling apart. This one cost less than what the department stores wanted for something pretty similar. Quality is solid. Runs a touch roomy on me but I don't mind with a sweater under it.

My wife needed something dressier for the office and refuses to wear black coats, so I took a chance on the red. She loves it. She's on the shorter side and curvy, and it flatters her more than anything she's owned in years. One thing, the waist seams sit a little high if you're fuller in the chest. It came creased from shipping but a quick steam fixed that.

I'd been eyeing a similar coat at a local shop but the price was hard to justify. Found this one instead and the wool feels good, the fit is right and the red looks rich on. Took a star off only because delivery took a few days longer than I was told.

No complaints at all. I can walk at a normal pace, get in and out of the car, reach for things on high shelves, and it never pulls anywhere. There's a vent in the back which probably helps. Blocks the wind well and the whole thing is lined. Very well made.

Saw a few people saying to size up so I almost did, glad I didn't. The small fits me well with just enough space for a thicker sweater underneath. Ordering clothes online always makes me nervous but this one worked out. Very satisfied overall.

Shipping was fast, it showed up a day before the estimate. I was worried the red would look different in person but it's the same as the photos. Fabric is a little lighter than I imagined but still warm enough for fall. Ordered my usual size and it fits.

Finding a red coat that works on a petite frame has been a pain for years. I hesitated at the price but the fit and quality are great. Really love it, wore it twice already this week.

I normally wear a large top and 10 to 12 in pants, so I went with the large. Some reviews made me second guess it but it fit fine. Hits right around the top of my knee. The red is gorgeous and the quality surprised me for the price.
