The pockets sit on top rather than being cut into the fabric, which I was unsure about from the photos because they can look bulky. In person they lie flat and you barely notice them until you use them. Deep enough for a phone and keys.

Nothing rubbing against the back of my neck, which is the reason I gave up on collared jackets years ago. It sits just below the collarbone and stays there. Comfortable enough that I have worn it for eight or nine hours at a stretch without noticable irritation.

Ordered the size I always take and it was correct, no drama. I did check the measurements first because I have been caught before, and they matched what turned up. Its rare enough that I thought it was worth saying in a review.

Started wearing it in September and it carried through to about November on its own, then came back out in March. That is a lot of the year covered by one thing. The middle of winter it needs a coat over it but that is what I expected.

I lean on a desk all day and elbows are where everything I own gives up first, usually within a few months. Four months into this one and there is nothing, no shine, no thinning, no change in the texture at all. I have started to think it is the fabric rather than luck because the last two jackets I had were both gone by now. Whatever they have used, it is holding.

Bought the first one in the autumn and went back for another when the weather turned again. Same size, arrived the same way, fits identically. That consistency is the reason I did not bother looking anywhere else the second time. Very pleased.

Arrived with a couple of fold lines from the packaging. Put it on a hanger before bed and by the morning there was nothing to see. No iron involved. Panic over.

Had an interview in front of four people and wanted something that would not distract from anything I said. This was right for it. No shiny fabric, no fussy detail, nothing that catches the light on camera because half of it was on a screen. I sat still for fifty minutes and it did not bunch or ride up at the shoulders. Got the job, which I am not crediting to a jacket, but it did not hurt.
