Back in1962-63 my father bought me a gray Suede baseball jacket. Loved it but was stolen at a basketball game about 2 years later, the money was not there to replace it. Many years, later while looking for a jacket I came upon a Black colored suede baseball jacket while searching online. I showed it to my wife and she said order it, which I did. The jacket showed up early, to be exact on Friday the 13th, my lucky day. My cousin was at the house when I opened the box and tried it on, he said it fits like it was custom made for you. Not a lot of hidden pockets to lose things. The jacket has an inside pocket that is great for your cell phone or wallet with two deep side pockets for your car keys or the cookies that you have stolen at your sister's house when she was baking. If you own a 1965 Mustang convertible that is black with a tan pony interior,4 speed, and rally pack this is the jacket for you. When you have the top down on a cool spring night this jacket will keep you warm. I don't own a Mustang but is great when I walk my blond cocker spaniel we match. It is great to have my jacket back!

Exactly As Advertised But ... Not a Light Jacket

I live in a coastal region with cool summer evenings so the tan suede jacket has been, for years, a perfect garment to put on over a t-shirt or golf shirt to keep the chill off. I've purchased these jackets before (not from FJackets) and they have usually been popular enough that they get stolen! Yes, I've lost two of them over 20 years. So I saw the tan and Black ones offered by FJackets and purchased both. The tiniest comment I have is that these jackets from FJackets are meant for cold weather, (45-60 F). So in my hometown, for my climate, they really are good for 3 seasons, not year-round. I kept both garments that I ordered because I like the styling. I wish I could find a lighter version for summer, windy weather. If FJackets started making a lighter version I would buy them again!

Ordered a size medium, it's a good fit. Not overly large. For me, the jacket is like a coat not thin and will do well for most winter ware until real Michigan cold sets in. Even then paired with a sweater this would work. I'm impressed with this product and its a great deal .

In looking at the other reviews the jacket comes in at a slightly lighter color. I ordered Black. But not too much of a difference and not a problem from my point of view. I would read the other reviews on sizing. For reference I am 5'8" with a 46" chest in a suit jacket. I was going to order large, which often fits, but not always. I decided to go up slightly to XL and that was the correct choice. Fits good to the waist right to the belt. Chest size came in at just right for my size. Not a lot of extra room and not baggy. The arms, as other reviews noted, seem to have a bit more space than they should but with the elastic cuff it does not run over my wrist, which is good. Overall the fit is quite nice. I normally have issues with length of arms vs. chest size, but this ultimately fits within the range I consider acceptable. Very nice quality and all suede and nicely made and cannot beat the price. It arrived rather quickly as well.

This jacket is a handsome color and the suede texture is not too light yet not too heavy. The lining is rich and the knit cuffs and hems would probably wear a long time. I typically wear a size Small shirt or jacket. The proportions of this jacket are correct for a Small; length, sleeve length, waist and neck. However the chest and shoulders are a bit oversized so it looks boxy and too big. Perfect for the buff and brawny not the slim and scrawny.
