I am very pleased with the whole experience. I wasn’t sure on my size so I followed the chart to find my size. The chart was easy to read. The product arrived in a reasonable amount of time. I had emailed the company to get an update on my order and they promptly responded with the answer. I ordered the wrong size and it turned out to be too tight in the chest and arms. I contacted customer service and requested an exchange for an XL. The customer service rep quickly replied and I had a replacement sent to me within the week. Everything fits fine now and it looks good and feels great.
