Since I live in Florida, I could not really use the typical jacket with heavy lining, this is perfect for this climate, not to heavy and has the style I wanted. I was skeptical at first, leather quality and stitching is outstanding. has plenty of functional pockets and is not bulky.

Jacket fits like a glove on me(sizing chart is accurate), it is like it was tailor made for me it will only get better over time.

Some of the distressing is overdone in some areas, where it would not receive wear in those areas in typical use

I love this A2 jacket. Soft leather, authentic styling, heavy knit cuffs and waist, light weight cotton lining, what's not to like? Arrived in 7 days. This is a mid-weight leather jacket for cooler days but not for the dead of winter and exactly the weight I was looking for. The sizing seems good. The XL fit me fine and is the size I normally order. This is not a "full cut" fit and neither were the originals. You may want to go up a size if you plan on layering for cold weather. Just remember this is really nice jacket you can wear most of the rest of the year.

I love this jacket! I have several leather A-2 jackets in different weights, but have lost a significant amount of weight and my old Airborne Leathers Jacket was simply too big for me now. I ordered this jacket in a smaller size, (XL instead of the 2XL that I had) and because of the color. This jacket's color more nearly matches the horsehide jackets that some pilots had in WW II. I could not be more satisfied! The jacket fits perfectly and it seems to be well made. It has side entry hand warming pockets, an inside pocket, good quality zipper, and heavy-duty thick cuffs and waist-band, unlike some cheaper jackets. Yes, there was an initial chemical smell that accompanied the leather smell at first, but after a couple of days airing out, only the leather smell remains. I can heartily recommend this jacket!
