I ordered the wrong size and it turned out to be too tight in the chest and arms. I contacted customer service and requested an exchange for an XL. The customer service rep quickly replied and I had a replacement sent to me within the week. Everything fits fine now and it looks good and feels great.

I purchased this product as a gift to myself, received it in good order and timing. Smelled good when opened and worn, packaging was of quality clear plastic with zipper opening.
