My experience with the is product was Fabulous! The only deviation is that I ordered the wrong size. My bad! I hope to exchange... The product itself is Beautiful. I ordered the wrong size and it turned out to be too tight in the chest and arms. I contacted customer service and requested an exchange for an XL. The customer service rep quickly replied and I had a replacement sent to me within the week. Everything fits fine now and it looks good and feels great.

I purchased this product as a gift to myself, received it in good order and timing. Smelled good when opened and worn, packaging was of quality clear plastic with zipper opening. Item was packaged nicely, not just crammed into the bag. I emailed customer service and they responded in a timely manner and helped me with my concerns.
