Great replacement for my issued MA-1 from 46 years ago. It is water resistant, and light weight. It is very warm and fits perfectly.

This is a good jacket that appears well made, sturdy zipper and snaps. Good price as well. Vey comfortable and true to size. I am 5 9 and 160 lbs and the medium fit perfectly. I wear this as my winter jacket as it is waterproof and quite warm. I will caution that has a layer of insulation between the inner and outer shells, so it is a bit puffy. Not ridiculously so, but if you want a strictly windbreaker jacket, look up lightweight flight jackets.
THICC winter coat

this thing is THICC and warm. was not expecting it to be this nice. thought i was buying a coat to wear to punk shows but I ll be wearing this thing all winter. Love it. I m about to buy the sage green one as well. They also make one that has a conceal carry pouch in it (this is not that one).
Very pleased with purchase.

The medium fit is spot on, I have a 39-40 inch chest, arm length is 23 inches, weight 150lbs, height 5 9I am ex Air Force, and have a original MA-1, I was loadmaster, from 78 - 82The jacket is lighter than the original, but warm, I live in Minnesota.I outer shell is a bit noisy, but have read that, if you put it in the wash machine, gentle cycle, with only fabric softener, that suppose to make it softer. My original MA-1 outer shell, is nylon, but it is very soft, almost like a satin sheet, I m guessing it s a different type of nylon construction. Conclusion, for $39.99, you can t go wrong.
Fitment is a bit large as stated

I m 5 9 at 175 lbs. I normally where a L shirt and/or jacket. As stated, these run a little large so I ordered the Medium. It fits perfect. I cannot extend my arms enough to poke my wrists out of the cuffs. My only issue is that when I wear it while riding my motorcycle, the length (normally just below the belt line) creeps up to just above my pant line. A little annoying but a Large size would have been more annoying. It s pretty warm while riding in the morning if over 50 deg out. Below that, I m back to my Tourmaster. Afternoon rides home at 70 ish deg. it s quite comfortable.

i got my jacket on time and it fits great. im 5 2 and weigh 170 (women) and i got the small in black. its a little big but its what i wanted. if you are 160-175 you will be comfortable in the small but over 175 get the med and under 160 get the xs. the jacket is made very well. i love all the pockets on it and inside of it. the only thing that bothers me is the crunch sound it gives when you move around but ill get use to it because the jacket is bomb! *I will add pic later

Excellent windbreaker and keeps you nice and warm but not ...

Extremely well made jacket. Zippers are very smooth to operate and has pockets on the orange side. Excellent windbreaker and keeps you nice and warm but not super hot.5 8 and 125 lbs, ordered a small since I have longer arms and it fits well, x-small would ve fit as well but again I was worried about my arms.Out of the shipping box/bag it was a bit wrinkly, ironed it between a thin t-shirt on the lowest setting of an iron and the wrinkles went away beautifully, however this is optional since the jacket is already bulky and would wrinkle itself.Would recommend to anyone whether male or female, great jacket.
Just like the real thing excellent...

This flight jacket fits just like my government issue air force jacket to which I wore out in my civilian life driving across country trucking I was so happy with the jacket I bought this one from FJackets it seems to be like the government issue the orange side I used when I had road issues I do recommend this handy piece of clothing...
Excellent quality - comparable to the more expensive Alpha MA1

I previously had and loved the Alpha version of the MA1, and so I was a little worried about the quality and fit of the FJackets version. This jacket actually fits better than my Alpha, and it is warmer as well. (if anything, my only complaint about the MA1 is that it is a little too warm for wear in intermediate weather) The FJackets MA1 is excellent quality and durability, and I recommend it for anyone seeking a flight jacket and wanting to save a little money.
Buy now, perfect for this time of year...

Best non-leather jacket I ever owned, built solid, very insulated and warm and incredibly light weight. It so warm that I have to remove whenever I go indoors. The exterior material feels real tough. I wear XL and the fit was perfect. They are a little short that s the style, but shoulders and arms are roomy. I d be careful to go too big on the size. Don t over spend the FJackets is the right price.
Great in expensive jacket for cold weather.

Great in expensive jacket for cold weather! I bought this jacket to wear while riding my motorcycle in the winter months, as I know a few other bikers that also wear these. Anyone that rides during New England winters knows that leather just doesn
I m 6 and 200 lbs and the XL fit perfect. I ve read a few reviews chuckling

OK, I m 6 and 200 lbs and the XL fit perfect. I ve read a few reviews chuckling. Being discharged from the USAF in the mid 70 s this MA-1 fits as designed for flight crews for warmth, mobility and safety(orange out in distress). If you want to show off your 6 pack this jacket is not for you. The nylon bloused sleeves should come close to your wrist, think about reaching out working in an acft., the elastic wrist and waist is for keeping body temp in.
