Clearly a user problem, and not the fault of the coat. I'm a little on the short side (5'7" or so), so that might be part of the problem. I have no doubt that I'll learn. I love this coat. Oh, and it's really warm, as well as good-looking.

Beautiful coat but needs deeper pockets

This is a beautiful coat and toasty warm so far. But if you carry around a scarf, gloves, and hat, you are going to have to find some way to store them since the outer pockets are not that deep or wide. I have been stuffing a scarf in one pocket, but it sticks out and I am afraid I will tear the pocket. Gloves will fit as will a small ski hat, but not much else. The inside pockets too are a bit skimpy. But if you are just looking for style and warmth, this coat will do the trick at a more than reasonable price.

(This review is only 4 stars, as I haven't had to deal w/ customer service yet, which always tells the tale.)

Having been burnt by a company that is overpriced, an inaccurate coat that felt like it was made from felt & tissue paper, I took a chance w/ FJ, and I'm very happy I did.

This isn't a 100% screen-accurate replica, but as I'm not the cos police, I don't really care about that, especially given the cost. This is close enough to where any DW fan will know exactly what it is but can be worn without looking like a 'costume', so I get twice the wear time and twice the value.

Sizing (men's XL) is very accurate for my body, and once I have the sleeves tailored up, it'll go from great to excellent.

If the other Capaldi/12th Doctor coats are anywhere as good as this coat, I'm really looking forward to getting them.

True to Size, Liner is Ok

The fit and feel of the cost and vest are great. If you’re going for the full layered look remember to order a size with enough shoulder room. Fitting a pink henley, T-shirt, and hoodie under this coat adds a lot of bulk. The liner is alright, it’s at least not straight red like many of the costume coats. It has the texture but it’s not as rich as the true crombie lining. Still 100% satisfied!

In the past I have purchased two of Dr Who jackets from you. I am pleased with both of them and have received compliments from Whovians and others who don't know the show but like the coats. In the latest Dr Who, Extremist, Capaldi sorts a new twelfth doctor coat. I hope you plan on reproducing this one. It looks great. It's a blue/grey linen that looks a little worn. If and when you carry it, count me in. BTW, I bought my wife Speedy's jacket from Arrow. Looks great.
