I am very pleased with the whole experience. I wasn’t sure on my size so I followed the chart to find my size. The chart was easy to read. The product arrived in a reasonable amount of time. I had emailed the company to get an update on my order and they promptly responded with the answer. I am very pleased with the product itself, the quality is nice and soft, the fit is nice and comfortable. I may order more from them in the future. Thanks again!

My experience with the is product was Fabulous! The only deviation is that I ordered the wrong size. My bad! I hope to exchange... The product itself is Beautiful. Great quality, fit good but too snug. So yes, I will need to exchange it. I found what I wanted online. It was easy. It was fast. I ordered the wrong size and it turned out to be too tight in the chest and arms. I contacted customer service and requested an exchange for an XL. The customer service rep quickly replied and I had a replacement sent to me within the week. Everything fits fine now and it looks good and feels great.

I purchased this product as a gift to myself, received it in good order and timing. Smelled good when opened and worn, packaging was of quality clear plastic with zipper opening. Item was packaged nicely, not just crammed into the bag. I emailed customer service and they responded in a timely manner and helped me with my concerns.
