1. We have no control over your selection of size, and we process your orders strictly to your selected size but if your size goes wrong, make sure you request the customer service team within three (3) days after your jacket arrive. Hence, there will be no returns/exchange for ordering incorrect sizes after three days for both standard and custom products. So, it is very important that you crosscheck your measurements carefully before placing an order. Size chart are available with detailed information for measuring your size on our website. If you have any questions regarding size, feel free to email our support team.
2. If there is any difference in color or the size didn’t match your order then email us few images of the jacket within three days, and you will get exchange/return for your jacket. (Conditions Applied)
3. No return/exchange will be issued for the customer ordering more than two similar products at a single time. This is to restrict ideally the practice of generation of a resale value and return the product in case there is no sale. This is also to discourage the practice of ordering different products for trial and selecting only one.
4. No product, color, and measurement changes after 24 hours of your order placement will be entertained as the product is sent for processing.

6. Before shipment of your product, our quality control department inspects the product on varied quality standards to determine that the product is exactly the same as ordered from our website. If the product is somehow damaged during the shipment, only then will we get you a replacement shipped with expedited shipping at our expense. If your product is damaged, please email us, specifying the extent of damage, emailing us images of the jacket, within 24 hours of receiving the item.
7. Refunds will be carried out only in case the delivery exceeds 29 working days for any product after the getaway payment confirmation and customer confirmation. Please note that this stipulated period of 29 working days, start running from the time we receive a final order confirmation from customer and payment getaway confirmation. Further, if the consignment does not arrive within 06 working days after shipping by express shipment, you may ask us for order tracking code. If we cannot prove that the consignment was dispatched to the address that was given for the order, we will initiate a full refund including the shipment charges.
