Over all quality of which I am not an expert seems very good. I really like it and it is comfortable too wear.. I am 5f11in by 210 lbs waist 36 in chest 44 and coat is xl. 3 snaps hold the collar. Pockets are large enough put my fists in to keep warm. Inner pocket is fairly large.
