Helen Womens Cognac Leather Jacket with Removable Hood

Fall and winter is coming, and I am on the hunt for coats. This coat is really nice. It has one zipper on the inlay of the jacket and a second zipper on the main folds on the jacket. The hood is detachable, secured with buttons for easy removal. The jacket is thick enough to keep you warm yet light enough to not get overheated. The color is a beautiful mocha brown that also has pockets. Very nice jacket for the upcoming seasons.

This jacket is awesome. It's super warm too! I mostly wore it in the fall but you might be able to pass in a not terribly cold day in the winter. It doesn't give that super stiff tight feeling some leather jackets do.

I was very pleasantly surprised when I got this jacket. Let's face it, sizing charts are for the birds. I purchased the XXL size and it fits like a dream. I would call myself a solid build and most leather jackets have a tendency to be too tight for me across the chest and the shoulders, but this jacket was loose enough to move freely but still look very pleasing. No bagginess at all. The sleeves were just slightly longer than I would have preferred but certainly not a deal breaker. I can live with it. Now we'll see how it lasts through the winter. I give this jacket a "great" rating!

Info: I am 5'7" (170 cm), 160 lbs (72 kg) with long arms and legs. I bought Size Medium. Sleeves hit slightly below the wrist bone/at the base of the hand. The hem lands mid-hip. Zipped up, the jacket fits perfectly in the waist and hips, but is a little snug across the bust (although still zips easily). It fits perfectly when zipping the "hoodie" lining all the way up for warmth, and then zipping the outer shell only to the waist - super cute for an hourglass shape. With clothes on, my measurements are 41" bust, 34" waist, 41.5" hips (104 cm, 86 cm, 105 cm). The Medium is perfect.TRUST THE SIZE CHART. I usually wear a Large and sometimes XL to accommodate my shoulders and long arms. Since several reviewers said to order a size up, I went ahead with the XL. It was huge! Easy return - the FJackets refunded my card within a few hours of me dropping it off at my local UPS. I hesitated to order a Medium, but the chart seemed to be accurate with the XL, so I trusted it. Very glad I did. Great purchase, great FJackets - if you're thinking about getting this jacket, just do it.

I’m 5’9 and 170 pounds. Even though it was recommended that I buy a size XL by the seller, I choose a size XL because even though I weigh more than most girls my height, I carry my weight very well and a lot of it is muscles because I’m very active. The size XL fits me like a freaking glove. After hours (and I mean hours) of looking at the different leather jackets on local stores, I bit the bullet and ordered this one because I liked the length and the sleeves seemed like they would be long enough for my liking. Everything fits exactly how I like it.

This jacket is adorable and very stylish. I love the cognac color. The details are phenomenal. It comes with a removable hood. It is warm and I can't wait to use it as my fall jacket. I love this jacket and I recommend!

Ive gotten soooo many compliments on it, and just from the first day from wearing it. The only thing, its a little tight on the upper arms, kind of like when you buy too small of a button up shirt. If I would have ordered a size up I think it would have been too big then honestly lol. But its still comfortable and fricken cute!

This jacket nicely flatters my size 16 curves! Take your measurements and order according to the chart. I also greatly enjoy the removable hood.

So I read all of the reviews and everyone had said to order a size or two up. Im 5'4, and around 120lb. In most sizes, I wear a small. So I ordered a medium and large to be safe. Turns out, I needed the small after all! So I ordered it. The small fits better around the arms, but was just the slightest bit tight around the body. However, I wanted a more tight-fit for an outfit I had in mind for the brown jacket. I just ordered another in black in the medium size! The medium is a little bigger of course, but will definitely allow for layering! I havent worn it outside yet to test how it does in weather (Im in chilly New England), but it does feel like it would be a good jacket for fall or early spring. It feels really comfortable to wear, unlike my other faux-leather jackets that are tight in the armpit-area and hard to move in. I do suggest ordering true to your size so you dont end up ordering 3 different sizes like I did :) I cant wait for the black one to arrive!

So far this jacket has been wonderful, i was concerned about how the quality of the hood would be compared to the rest of the jacket but i was pleasantly surprised when it came in. I am excited for the many years of use i should get out of this.
