Women's Short Body 3 Button Black Leather Jacket

Comfort is the headline for me. I have worn leather that felt like armour for the first month and this was not that. Soft from the first wear, moved with me on day one, no break in period to speak of. The shape held up through a rainy commute too.

It has been about four months and the only change is that it has moulded to me a bit through the shoulders. No cracking, no fading, no stretched buttonholes. I wear it three or four times a week so that is a decent amount of use.

My husband surprised me with this for our anniversary and somehow got the size right on the first try. Soft, light, nothing stiff about it. I have worn it four days straight.

Took a chance because the return window looked reasonable and I ended up keeping it. What surprised me most was the finish on the inside, the seams are bound properly and there are no raw edges anywhere. That is usually where corners get cut. Fit is close but not restrictive, I can layer a thin knit under it. It has become the thing I grab without thinking.

Writing this after about five months of steady wear because I did not want to review something I had owned for a week. It has held up. No cracking at the fold points, no thread coming loose, the buttons are all still on and tight. The leather has softened and picked up a slight shine at the elbows which I like. Only thing I would change is a deeper inside pocket.

Runs a little snug in the arms for me so I would size up if you are between sizes. Otherwise the length and shape are spot on and it feels well made for the money.

Bought it for work and now I wear it everywhere else too. The button front makes it feel more put together than my old one. Sleeves are a touch long but I push them up anyway.

Wearing it as a spring and autumn jacket and it is right for that. Do not expect it to keep you warm in real cold, it is thin and not built for that. Over a sweater it is fine down to about the mid forties and no lower.
