Men's Tall Black Leather Bomber Jacket — Removable Hood

My son is nineteen and impossible to shop for, so I asked him three times if this was the one and he kept saying yes. When it came he actually said thank you without me prompting him, which almost never happens. He's worn it to school every day for two weeks now. The leather smelled real the second I opened the box. That was my first clue it wasn't junk.

Third one I've bought from here over about two years. Same quality every time and that's really all I ask for. Shipped faster than I expected as well. Nothing else to add.

Color is a touch darker in person than on my screen, more of a flat black than the slight sheen I expected. Doesn't bother me, just mentioning it. The weight is good. It's not one of those flimsy things that feels like a windbreaker. I've had it out in wind and light rain and it held up fine. Would buy again, honestly.

I sent an email asking about sizing before I ordered and got a real answer within a few hours, not some copy paste thing. That's mostly why I went ahead with it. Jacket came in, fits how they said it would, and I've been wearing it nonstop.

I've owned leather jackets since the eighties. Most of what's sold now is thin and stiff and doesn't age. This one has some actual body to it. Broke in around the elbows after maybe a week of regular wear. The hood coming off is smarter than I expected, changes the whole look depending on where I'm headed. Came packed properly too, no creases or scuffs. Good piece and I don't say that often about anything made now.

Sleeves ran a hair long on me but I'm on the shorter end of what this is made for so that's on me, not them. Everything else is good. Nice heft, lines up well at the shoulders, hood snaps on tight and doesn't flap around when it's windy.

Honestly wasn't expecting much for the price and I was wrong. Feels substantial. Zips are heavy, not the cheap plastic feeling ones. Wearing it right now as I type this.
