Women's Washed Black Trucker Leather Jacket

It has become my dog walking, coffee run, everything jacket. Gets rained on, brushed against fences, sat on in the car. Six weeks in and the only real difference is that it has softened a bit and the creases across the front are deeper now.

Customer service answered me on a Sunday which I was not expecting at all. I asked whether the distressing varies piece to piece and they said it does slightly. Mine has a lighter patch on one sleeve and I like it.

I own three leather jackets and this is the one I grab. It is not precious. I can throw it on for the shop run and wear it out later without thinking about whether it looks too dressy or too casual for whatever I am doing.

The worn in look is the whole reason I bought it and it does not look fake worn, if that makes sense. Fits close at the shoulder and snaps shut easily. Very happy with it.

Not the warmest thing, to be clear about it. It is thin and there is no padding anywhere. Over a long sleeve in the fall it is right, and under a bigger coat in winter it works fine. I bought it knowing that going in.

Bought as a present for my sister who is into vintage things and she immediately assumed it was second hand, which she meant as high praise. Fits her well. She has worn it to work nearly every day since it arrived.

Been wearing it through fall and it handles damp weather fine. Got caught in drizzle waiting for a bus and it just beaded off the surface. Wiped it down with a cloth at home and it looked the same as before.

I will say up front that this runs snug if you are used to boxy trucker shapes. Mine fits the way a womens cut should, close at the waist with the tabs pulling it in further. That is not a complaint, just know what you are ordering. Everything else has been excellent, the leather has softened nicely and the hardware feels like it will outlast me.
