Women’s Maroon Waxed Real Leather Jacket with Removable Hood

I wasn't sure about the maroon at first, I usually go straight for black. My sister talked me into it and I'm really glad she did. The hood detaches cleanly, no fuss at all. Waxed leather is a little firm when you first wear it but after a couple weeks it loosens up nicely. Love the fit through the shoulders especially. Would buy again without thinking twice.

So I've had this jacket for about six weeks now. I bought it after my old leather jacket finally fell apart. The maroon color is gorgeous, really deep and saturated. The main front zipper was pretty stiff when it arrived, like I had to really work it before it started moving smooth. Slightly annoying. But the hood is great and I use it more than I thought. Waxed leather is different from what I've had before, it has this texture that softens as you wear it. Overall I like it and the zipper is totally fine now. Minor thing worth mentioning.

Jacket looks amazing and the maroon color is exactly right. Only thing is the sleeves are a bit long on me and I'm not that short. Might just be the cut. Everything else fits well and the leather quality feels solid. Would've given five stars otherwise.

Ordered a medium and it fits right through the chest but feels a touch snug around the hips. The waxed leather is firm out of the box and needs time. Two months in and it's getting better each week honestly. Think it's worth it but wanted to flag sizing for anyone on the border.

First few weeks it was stiff, that waxed leather thing is real. The color is really beautiful though. Once it started breaking in the fit actually improved and it started to feel like mine. Four stars for now but I'd probably say five in another month.
