We operate on a Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) model. Most retail coats carry 3–4x markups to cover middlemen, wholesale margins, store overhead, and costly retail operations. By working directly with our workshop partners and shipping directly to you, we keep costs lean and pass the savings to you. The result is a coat built like a £400 retail piece, priced under £200.
